SPECIAL NOTE: eLearn will be unavailable to users for maintenance all day on Friday 6/26/26.
New eLearn Users:
- You must have access to your Judson email and be registered in an orientation course (for some programs) or a program course to access eLearn.
Need help with either of those:
· Judson email access or MyJudson issues: contact the IST Helpdesk at IThelp@judsonu.edu or 847-628-5040.
· Registration questions: contact the Registrar's Office at Registrars.Office@judsonu.edu or 847-628-1155.
- Within 4 hours of registering, you will be able to log into eLearn using your original Judson credentials received in your email.
Returning eLearn Users (who have accessed eLearn successfully before):
- You must 1st have access to your Judson email to reset your password. Email access issues, contact the IST Helpdesk at IThelp@judsonu.edu or 847-628-5040.
- Next, click the "LOST PASSWORD" link underneath the login box to the left and complete the prompts with your Judson email information. Check your Judson email and follow those instructions.
- NOTE: This will ONLY change your password for eLearn, not any other systems.
